Stretching Techniques

How many times have you thrown out your back on the green? If you're anything like me, then the answer is too many times to count! But fear not faithful golfer, because Susan Hill has the answer with her insightful book, 101 Stretches for Golf.

After having so much success with my Pure Point's book, I was ready to buy this gem. Believe me, Susan doesn't dissapoint! I was driving further in no time at all.

In her book, she covers the five most important stretches that will prevent injuries, as well as the most common injuries to golfers around the glode. Furthermore, she uses many different techniques to improve mobility, flexibility, and consistancy.
